Who are Volunteens?
· Volunteens are 11 years or older,
eager to help, and good role models for young
children.
· Volunteens' time is recorded, and hours
may be used toward volunteer credit for school,
confirmation, etc.
What Do Volunteens Do?
· Volunteens assist Children’s
Place staff with programs year-round.
· Volunteens arrive a half-hour before
to set-up and stay a half hour after a program
for cleanup.
· Volunteens register and do record keeping
during the annual summer reading program.
